Description
The 65mL Applicator Bottle + 3 Needles are part of the precision Applicator System, designed to work with our blunt needles, lure cap, applicator bottle, and syringe system.
Simply attaches by twisting the needle onto the lure cap it seals at the base so no leaks will happen from the cap.
Additionally, Please refer to our YouTube Video on how to effectively use these bottles and needles in the next tab, as there is a special technique for water thin liquid application.
Needle Sizes to suit 65mL Applicator Bottle
a. 0.5mm x 50mm length – blunt metal needle and plastic hub – Blue.
b. 0.6mm x 50mm length – blunt metal needle and plastic hub – Pink.
c. 0.8mm x 50mm length – blunt metal needle and plastic hub – Green.
d. 1.4mm x 50mm length – blunt metal needle and plastic hub – Dark Green.
What needles are best for your application?
- 0.5mm and 0.6mm Blunt Needles (Blue and Pink) are best for water thin products. Like Acri-Bond 105 and Acri-Bond 120 as well as thinned out paint.
- 0.8mm Blunt Needles (Green) are best for medium viscosity products. Like Acri-Bond 110 and Acri-Bond 125 as well as paint which hasn’t been thinned. The 0.8mm Blunt Needles will be a more precise application. As less of a flow will come out so best for precision jobs with these products.
- 1.4mm Blunt Needles (Dark Green) are best for higher viscosity and medium viscosity products. Like Acri-Bond 110 , Acri-Bond 125 and Acri-Bond 290, where you would like a consistent flow and larger quantity of product to come out.
