Static Mixer Nozzles 1:1 400mL

Price range: $28.50 through $49.50

Static Mixer Nozzles are used with two part adhesives to blend the resin and hardener together to create one useable compound that can be applied accurately and efficiently right from the tip of the nozzle. This ensures the correct ratio of resin to hardener.

These are also commonly referred to as Static Mixing Nozzle, 2 Part Mixing Nozzle, 2 Part Mixers, 2 Part Nozzle, Disposable Static Mixer, Dispensing Tips, Dispensing Nozzle.

Product Overview

Static mixing nozzles are designed for dispensing two-part adhesives. Inside the nozzle are fixed components, called elements, that continuously fold and blend the materials together as they travel through the chamber. By the time the adhesive reaches the end of the nozzle, it is fully mixed into a uniform compound. This process not only ensures accurate dispensing but also initiates the chemical reaction that activates the adhesive and starts the bonding process.

How to use Static Mixer Nozzles ?

Static Mixer Nozzles screw onto the cartridge caps and lock into place. They are a one use disposable item due to the two part mixture hardening inside of them making them unusable. Gone are the days of dispensing the cartridge into a beaker and mixing with a stick these do it for cheaper and with less mess. When finished dispensing, simply unscrew the static mixer nozzle and replace it with the locking cap that came with the cartridge. You can now reuse the cartridge if there is resin still left. The resin will not cure as all the mixing was done in the mixing nozzle.
