Delivery and Returns Policy

Shipping Information

  • Orders placed by 1:00pm (Sydney / AEST Time) will be sent the same day. 
  • Orders received after 1:00pm (Sydney / AEST Time) will be sent the next business day. These conditions apply only if the products are in stock.
  • For items not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day with information on when your order will be available.
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is booked in for collection.
  • Estimated Delivery Time Frames
    • Metro areas
      • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane (1-2 business days, generally next day)
      • Adelaide, Perth, Hobart (2-3 business days)
    • Regional Areas – Add 3 to 7 days depending on location.  
    • Dangerous Goods Delivery – Must go by road, add 2-3 days, however usually still next day for metro east coast.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery time frames.  Information provided above is general information only.  Acrylic Technologies Australia is not responsible for deliveries outside of these windows.

Shipping Charges

We charge a low flat rate shipping fee on all orders.

  • NSW, VIC, ACT – $20.00 Flat Rate
  • QLD, SA, TAS, WA, NT – $25.00 Flat Rate

Returns and Refunds

Acrylic Technologies Australia is happy to accept returns if:

  • The product has not been opened, is in its original packaging and in good condition.
  • Request for return is made within 7 business days from receiving of the goods.
  • Return is pre-approved by Acrylic Technologies Australia prior to the item being returned.
  • Shipping charges for the returned item(s) at are your expense

Please note

  • Approved refunds will be issued and applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of the goods arriving back into our warehouse.

Defective or Damaged Items:

We will replace any damaged or defective items as soon as possible.  Please contact us via phone 02 9674 3005 or email support@acrylictech.com.au with the details.  It will be helpful if you are able to provide Order Number/Invoice Number; Product Name; Lot or Batch Number and photos where possible when contacting us.
