The Quixx Black Plastic Restoration Kit helps you restore your vehicles plastics in a few easy steps: After a short time due to sitting out in the elements plastic automotive parts begin to look grey, matt, weathered and old. The most affected are bumpers, wheel arch covers and plastic trim strips. While other products only manage to restore the look to these parts for a limited period, the black polymer technology in the Quixx Black Plastic Restoration Kit offers a deep rich colour for up to 12 months. Designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the Australian Climate.

What’s in the Box?

2 application sponges
1 pair of disposable gloves

Application

1) To obtain an optimal result, the plastic surfaces have to be completely clean and dry.

First clean the surfaces thoroughly, we recommend using a 1:10 mix of dishwasher liquid to warm water to degrease the surface. Rinse the surfaces with water and let them dry completely.

Then use either Acri-Bond Cleaner or Isopropyl Alcohol to prepare the surface for the Quixx Black Plastic Restoration Kit.

2) Tape the surrounding surfaces to avoid contact with the dye during the application. Wear the supplied gloves while applying. Shake the bottle well for 30 seconds before applicating.

3) Apply the product with the sponge that is included. Make sure to evenly apply on the plastic surfaces.

4) In some cases a second coat may be required (only when first coat has completely dried) to provide a perfect surface finish.

ATTENTION: Follow the application instructions! Do not apply on hot plastic or under direct sunlight. Avoid contamination with dust or dirt during the application.

HINT: Residues left can be easily removed with Isopropyl Alcohol.
