ACRI-BOND 140 PLA – Thickened Solvent Adhesive for PLA 3D Prints
Engineered for PLA and PLA+, ACRI-BOND 140 is a thickened solvent adhesive that provides a strong, durable bond while offering gap-filling capability for 3D-printed parts. The slightly thicker consistency allows for controlled application, making it perfect for assembling, repairing, or reinforcing prints. As a solvent-based adhesive, it fuses the parts together, and when the solvent evaporates away it will leave behind a small layer of clear PLA for a high-strength gap filled joint.

Instructions
Before joining check that parts to be joined fit without forcing and are clean. It is recommended to use Acri-Bond Cleaner prior to applying any product to remove any dust and dirt. Apply adhesive with a suitable applicator bottle syringe and either 0.8mm or 1.4mm Blunt Needles or straight out of the 100ml Applicator Bottle (you are also able to brush this on) and assemble while parts are still wet. Press parts together in firm contact. ACRI-BOND 140 forms an initial bond very quickly. Strength develops rapidly reaching full strength in 24 to 48 hours leaving about 25% dry residue.
